The Guest Experience
Check-in for Services
We ask that all guests check-in by using our mall-facing entrance during mall hours (located across from Roe Wolfe). Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to complete a health screening and temperature check.
Our health screening will include your denial of having a fever, cough or shortness of breath. Temperatures over 100.4’ will be denied entrance. All guests must have a face covering for their admittance into our space. Any guests that display symptoms will be asked to leave and reschedule for a later date. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Please limit personal possessions as we are unable to hold any possessions at this time. Any items left behind will be discarded. Only those with appointments will be given entrance into our space. All other accompanied friends and families will not be allowed in as we have strict rules for the amount of people allowed in our space at any given time.
Our services that require paperwork will be emailed or texted documents to be filled out online prior to arrival. If you are missing paperwork, we will reissue the paperwork for your to complete on your personal smart device. If you are unable to do so, a tablet will be provided for you to use.
Once you are all checked in at our entrance, you will not be given immediate access. Please remain in our hallway until we are able to call your name. We are eager to have you come in as soon as we are able to. We are fully complying with the 50% occupancy requirement at this time for salons and spas.
We will be focused on providing our guests the best experience with social distancing between our service providers that are not directly serving your appointment. Other staff might want to stop by and say “hi” but we may not be able to do so. Please accept our friendly waves and know we are smiling under our masks.
Our retail will be available during your service, but we have removed all testers from the space. Our team will retrieve and handle any products from our shelves. We have provided pricing details next to every product to reduce additional handling of any retail.
We have suspended our robe service and waiting area in our spa at this time. You will be guided to your treatment room by your artist when you are called into your appointment. If you have a service where you are to disrobe, we ask that you consider wearing easy to remove clothing so we can immediately clean the space after your service.
At the beginning of all our manicure services, you will be required to wash your hands in our designated area. For our nail services, we offer quick-drying regular polish as we will be unable for our guests to wait after their designated appointment time for drying. No hand or foot dryers will be used during this time.
All shampoo experiences will be offered a clean, dry towel to place over their face to help deter any masks from becoming wet. At times, you will be required to directly hold your own face covering onto your face to complete some of our haircutting or color services. All processing experiences may be available outside. Please let your provider know your request.
We are proud to offer Apple pay and Wifi/Tap payment features to help eliminate any additional handling. We will still continue to take cash and other credit cards but would love it if you can be cashless. We will be entirely paperless and offer all receipts to be emailed to each guest.
Only Retail and Gift Card Purchase Visits
We will be taking retail and gift-card visits via phone and for those who are waiting outside our space for a curb-side experience.
We offer many ways to schedule appointments including online booking and calling us. We will do our best to fit appointment requests. Please note we are operating at 50% of capacity so space is very limited at this time.
Continuing Our Team’s Commitment
We have and will continue to provide each guest a new, single-use item for all of our services that require them. We will continue to wash our hands between each guest and sanitize our work areas after each guest. We have installed touch-less soap dispensers in our restrooms and hand-washing areas.
Our team will wear masks to ensure our commitment to protect our guests and teammates. Daily temperature will be taken. We will continue to wash our hands and ensure we are giving our guests the safest experience. Barriers are installed throughout the spa. Our new space will provide us more space to service our guests in. We ask for your patiences as our team is acclimating to our new service standards and space during this time.

We will always re-evaluate our procedures to ensure practices should be continued to be maintained or adjusted to continue. Our space is a safe destination for both our guests and team.

As an additional commitment to our sanitation procedures, the following team members have completed their Barbicide Certification. Barbicide is an EPA registered disinfectant solution used by barbers and cosmetologists for disinfecting grooming tools, surfaces and space.
