After any checkout, the services and products are automatically placed into your account.

A prebooked appointment is when you book your next service on the SAME DAY of another service. It also must be booked after you check out from the SAME DAY service. The points earned from prebooking will be deposited into your account after you check out from that future appointment.

We offer several different departments at Lili Salon Spa. Our departments are the following:

Color + Hair Treatments
Cut + Style
Hair Extensions
Massage + Body Services
Facials
Injectables + Laser + Peels
Nails

This means you have 35,000 points to potentially earn by visiting a service within each department!

When a new guest makes an appointment, they need to call in and notify our front of house team the name of the person who has referred them to Lili Salon Spa. The person who referred the new guest will receive 20,000 points when the new guest checks in for that appointment. (Thank you for your referrals! It means the world to us!)

Simply log into your Online Booking account and you will be able to view your points within your account.
