MedSpa Services

Injection services that are bookable online are limited to existing botox guests and new guest consultations.

Hair Services

All color services should be booked prior to the cut or style service. We offer two different color services, one with style and one without style. For our color services without styles, please schedule a full style or haircut appointment after that requested service.

Extensions services that are bookable online are limited to consultations to ensure desired technique and outcome. All future appointments are booked with the artist to ensure proper timing with the arrival of hair and schedule availability.

Spa Packages and Group Services

Spa day packages and group services will be only bookable in-person or over the phone. Please call 952-224-3300 for scheduling.

What is balayage color?

This is a great hand painting technique that allows for a more natural highlight experience. Balayage may not be right for everyone depending on your desired look. 

What is your refund policy?

Guarantee Policy

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services and products.

If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment service.  Any issues reported longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Product purchased will be given store credit if opened and minimally used. Product returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Can I upgrade to a different service?

We will do our best to offer you what you desire. The more notice we can get, the better we can provide you the ultimate experience if your service requires more time than what was planned for.

What if I can't get a reservation with my artist for a few weeks and I need to get in?
We recommend giving us a call to help aid and see if our team member can adjust their schedule to come in early or stay late. Now, it isn’t always a gaurentee, but we will do our best help assist you. We highly suggest prebooking your next appointment to help you secure your ideal time with your favorite artists!
Will I get reward points if I book online?

Yes! Receive 500 points when you arrive for a booked appointment online.
