Appointment Booking, Cancel, Reschedule and Late Policy

To reschedule or cancel your reservation, please call us directly at 952-224-3300.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, applied at the end of the business day. Injection services canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

Late Appointment Policy:
Guests that arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may have an altered appointment experience including rescheduling the appointment determined by the service provider based on the scheduled service. These appointments may be subject to pay for the fully scheduled service due to the time reserved for that appointment.

Appointment Booking Policy:
All appointments booked online will be required to have a credit card on file to secure the appointment. All appointments booked by phone that are considered new guests will be required to have a credit card on file. All existing guests prior to June 1, 2022, will not be required to book by phone with a credit card unless they have violated the cancellation policy.

If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or no-showed by an existing Lili Salon Spa or Tonic Barber client, a credit card will be required to reserve all future appointments. 

Guarantee Policy

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services and products.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment service.  Any issues reported longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Product purchased within 14 days of a return may be eligible for credit or refund. Products will be given store credit if opened and minimally used within 14 days. Products purchased that have not be used and are resellable, meaning no alterations to packaging or opening, will be given refund based on the original payment within 14 days of purchase. Products will not be eligible for return or credit after 14 days of purchase.

Holiday Gifting Return Policy

Any retail purchases that are unopened and resellable, meaning no alterations to packaging or opening, that are purchased between November 15th - December 31st will be eligible for store credit only if returned by January 31st of the following year. Receipts must be accompanied with the return to prove proof of purchase.

Personal Items Policy

Your personal items are important to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items or clothing within our establishment. Please consider your belongings you bring or are wearing for visits to the salon and spa.
